Job Responsibilities
Market Analysis and Planning:
- In-depth analysis of electric tricycle market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer demand, developing corresponding
- marketing strategies and annual sales plans.
- Continuously monitor market dynamics and adjust marketing strategies in a timely manner to address market changes and
- competitive pressures.
- Conduct market segmentation, identify target customer groups, and develop targeted marketing plans.
Product Promotion and Sales:
- Responsible for the marketing of the company's electric tricycle products, enhancing brand awareness and market share.
- Develop and execute various promotional activities, such as trade shows, advertising campaigns, and online marketing, to
- stimulate sales growth.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with channel partners, such as dealers and agents, to ensure smooth sales channels.
- Monitor sales data, analyze sales performance, and implement measures to improve sales strategies.
Team Management and Leadership:
- Lead and manage the marketing team, defining goals, assigning tasks, and overseeing execution.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their overall capabilities and performance.
- Create a positive working environment and motivate team members to achieve sales targets. Strategic Cooperation and Relationship Maintenance.
- Establish connections with government departments, industry associations, and other organizations to secure policy support
- and industry resources.
- Establish long-term, stable partnerships with suppliers and partners.
Job Requirements
- Familiarity with the electric tricycle industry and extensive marketing experience.
- Proficient in market research, market analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Master various marketing strategies, including online and offline marketing, and public relations activities.
- Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in office software and market analysis software.
- Proficient in English skills both in speaking and writing
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of marketing experience in the electric vehicle or related industry; team management experience preferred.
- High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Strong ability to withstand pressure, execute effectively, and solve problems.
