Job Responsibilities

Market Analysis and Planning:

Product Promotion and Sales:

  • Develop and execute various promotional activities, such as trade shows, advertising campaigns, and online marketing, to
  • stimulate sales growth.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with channel partners, such as dealers and agents, to ensure smooth sales channels.
  • Monitor sales data, analyze sales performance, and implement measures to improve sales strategies.

Team Management and Leadership:

  • Lead and manage the marketing team, defining goals, assigning tasks, and overseeing execution.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their overall capabilities and performance.
  • Create a positive working environment and motivate team members to achieve sales targets. Strategic Cooperation and Relationship Maintenance.

Job Requirements

  • Familiarity with the electric tricycle industry and extensive marketing experience.
  • Proficient in market research, market analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Master various marketing strategies, including online and offline marketing, and public relations activities.
  • Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in office software and market analysis software.
  • Proficient in English skills both in speaking and writing
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience in the electric vehicle or related industry; team management experience preferred.
