We are leading the way in dance education in Singapore. Established in 2014 we have grown to over 1,500 students across 5 locations, where we teach and develop skills in multiple dance genres including Jazz, Ballet, Street Dance, Acro, Musical Theatre and more. We are also really excited for the recent opening of our new performance and training centre as we celebrate our 10 year anniversary. Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive, your core role will be to drive sign ups for classes. You will work with marketing and our admin team to drive enquiries, follow up inbound leads, book people for trials, and ultimately sign them up as ongoing students.

Things you will do as our Sales Executive

  • Follow up on inbound enquiries generated by the marketing team, providing them with clear and accurate information about the classes offered and signing them up for trial classes
  • Follow up post trial with each prospect, get feedback, advise them on which classes are available, and sign them up as ongoing customers
  • Be available in studio to assist new customers with their trial class experience and sign them up for ongoing classes
  • Work as a team with teachers, admins and customer support staff to ensure the highest positive outcome possible
  • Provide insights on progress and ideas to further support the company's success

About you:
As the ideal candidate you will have:

  • Proven experience & track records in retail sales or in a similar role
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM practices & systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Working hours:

  • Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays, 10:00am to 7:00pm
  • Saturdays & Sundays, 9:00am to 6:00pm
  • Rest days on Tuesdays & Wednesdays
