WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Actively hunt for new clients

  • Identify client needs and offer tailored advertising solutions

  • Conduct cold-calling, networking, and pitching to secure new business deals

  • Develop compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive retention and repeat business

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign execution meets client expectations

  • Monitor campaign performance, provide insights, and suggest strategies for future collaboration

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in media, advertising, or event industries)

  • Strong business development & negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals efficiently

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients at various levels

  • Strong networking skills with an existing database of brands & agencies is a plus

  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with internal teams

  • Experience in handling multiple clients & managing sales pipelines effectively
