WHAT YOU WILL DO

Actively hunt for new clients

Identify client needs and offer tailored advertising solutions

Conduct cold-calling, networking, and pitching to secure new business deals

Develop compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently

Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive retention and repeat business

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign execution meets client expectations

Monitor campaign performance, provide insights, and suggest strategies for future collaboration
WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in media, advertising, or event industries)

Strong business development & negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals efficiently

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients at various levels

Strong networking skills with an existing database of brands & agencies is a plus

Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with internal teams

Experience in handling multiple clients & managing sales pipelines effectively
