Job Scope:

As part of the role, you will:

- Work closely with the CEO to brainstorm growth strategies aimed at enhancing key performance indicators (KPIs) across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referrals. Additionally, you'll focus on increasing the number of brands on our platform.

- Engage in creative thinking regarding new user growth channels, identifying and testing growth levers, analyzing results, and scaling successful initiatives.

- Analyze, optimize, and enhance our current acquisition and retention strategies, spanning paid and non-paid approaches such as SEO, affiliates, and email marketing. This entails developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing paid and non-paid digital marketing, along with social media campaigns across relevant platforms.

- Assess and enhance the customer journey on our platform to facilitate conversions, emphasizing messaging, UI, and UX improvements. You will also drive personalization efforts in these customer journeys.

- Undertake significant data analysis and interpretation to comprehend user behavior and market trends, supporting the aforementioned customer lifecycle KPIs.

- Strive to increase the number of brands on our platform.

Required Skills and Experience:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a growth marketing role within a B2C setting. The startup experience would be particularly intriguing to us.

- Open-mindedness with ideas and a strong creative flair.

- Demonstrated proficiency and a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, encompassing channels such as app stores, mobile, SEM, SEO, social media, and email marketing.

- Demonstrable experience in influencing growth with a data-focused approach.

- Strong data orientation, with proven expertise in data analysis and interpretation, as well as the ability to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives through data analysis.

- Proven experience in developing and managing user acquisition and retention strategies.

- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, and AppsFlyer.

- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

- Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and user engagement strategies.

- Experience working in high-growth, performance-focused environments that require real ownership and creative problem-solving abilities.
