As an Ecommerce Media Buyer, your expertise in crafting profitable campaigns will be instrumental in scaling our brands reach and driving revenue. Key responsibilities include:

Media Strategy & Planning:

  • Design the entire paid acquisition framework for our brand, defining testing and scaling methodologies.
  • Set up and structure Meta, Google, and TikTok ad accounts for maximum efficiency and long-term scalability.
  • Develop the full-funnel ad strategy to efficiently move cold traffic to conversions.
  • Develop data-driven strategies across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and other channels (e.g., Google, TikTok) to maximize ROAS and CPA efficiency.
  • Identify new audience segments and geo-expansion opportunities to broaden our brand's impact.

Campaign Management & Optimisation:

  • Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns daily, adjusting budgets and bids based on real-time performance.
  • Design structured A/B testing methodologies for creative, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Implement a data-driven, no-guesswork approach to refining ad performance.
  • Rapidly analyze ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV) and optimize accordingly.
  • Take decisive action based on real data, not emotion.
  • Learn from failed tests without hesitation - iterate, pivot, and optimize.
  • Be aggressive in testing boundaries, pushing ad spend, and scaling top performers.

Collaboration & Creative Feedback:

  • Work alongside top creatives, copywriters, and performance marketers to engineer winning campaigns.
  • Provide performance data and insights to guide iterative improvements.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Leverage tools like GA4, pixel data, and UTMs to track performance accurately across funnels.
  • Deliver concise weekly or monthly reports on sales, CPA, and ROI, pinpointing areas for strategic scaling or improvement 

Compliance & Tracking Setup:

  • Ensure accurate event tracking (pixel/Conversion API)
  • Maintain compliance with Meta/Google ad policies

Budget Management & Scaling:

  • Efficiently allocate spend to meet brand growth targets while sustaining profitability.
  • Identify diminishing returns and pivot to new tactics or channels to sustain momentum.
