Role

We are seeking a Junior Media Buyer with a foundation in performance-driven Meta and Google media buying, who is eager to grow expertise through hands-on campaign execution and close collaboration with the team.

This role focuses on supporting campaign management, tracking, and optimisation under the guidance of senior team member ensuring accuracy and consistent performance across client accounts.

As a junior member of our team, you will:

  • Support Meta and Google ad account management, helping plan and execute strategies that achieve KPIs.
  • Assist in day-to-day campaign execution, monitoring results, and implementing optimisations.
  • Work closely with copywriters, creatives and management to ensure all campaigns are accurate and on-track.

This is a full-time role; candidates are expected to work 9 a.m.6 p.m. SGT, Monday-Friday, observing Singapores public-holiday schedule.

Responsibilities

Campaign Execution (Meta & Google):

  • Assist in end-to-end campaign setup and managementaudience targeting, keyword research, creative testing, tracking, compliance, and optimisation.
  • Support daily campaign setup on both platforms:
    • Meta objectives: Lead Ads, Conversions, Traffic, Video Views, Engagement, Messenger.
    • Google objectives: Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, 

      Discovery, Remarketing.

Daily Campaign Management:

  • Monitor active campaigns, optimise towards KPIs (Cost Per Lead, Cost Per Appointment, ROAS, etc.).
  • Meticulously manage pacing of client budgets to ensure accurate spend.
  • Optimise and manage 1012 accounts across Meta and Google (not all will run on both platforms).
  • Make data-driven decisions on switching ads on/off based on performance metrics, not assumptions.

Account Reporting & Tracking:

  • Update campaign-tracking sheets and dashboards for internal review and client reporting.
  • Ensure structured organisation of data with clear naming conventions, campaign structures, and reporting sheets.
  • Analyse short-term performance windows (last 7, 30 days) to spot trends and share findings with the team.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Coordinate with creatives, copywriters, and media buyers to ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals.
  • Contribute insights and suggestions during team discussions to improve performance.
  • Adapt quickly to urgent client requests when required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience running Meta and/or Google Ads campaigns, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Strong interest in direct-response marketing and performance KPIs.
  • Basic knowledge of tracking and reporting tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters).
  • Familiarity with different funnel types (TOFU, BOFU, lead-gen, e-commerce).
  • Strong attention to detail in campaign setup and reporting.

Bonus

  • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, Figma).
  • Copywriting knowledge.
  • Exposure to TikTok or other platforms.
  • Prior work with education services or parent-centric marketing.
