Product Design Lead

Responsibilities

• Working closely with product owners to ideate and define new products and features, and translate it into end design and customer experience that deliver value and delight the end users.
• Collaborate closely with tech team to ensure creative styles are within technical constraints
• Manage and drive project timelines while ensuring a high standard of quality
• Be a user advocate by communicating customer-centric design thinking within the organisation
• Analyze data-driven insights and user research to inform design decisions

Requirements

• A strong work ethic, open mind and commitment to self-improvement
• 5-10 years of professional UI/UX design with web/mobile app focus
• Strong verbal, written, visual communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch and Adobe Suite, Invision, or related prototyping software
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to collaborate with a team, as well as being able to work autonomously
• Comfortable giving and receiving critical design feedback
• Committed to meeting deadlines and skilled at handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-driven, independent with commitment to excellence
