Key Responsibilities

1. Identify, acquire, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
2. Execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
3. Provide accurate product knowledge and tailored solutions to customer needs.
4. Monitor market trends and provide input on product development opportunities.
5. For Supervisor/Manager: lead the sales team, develop sales strategies, and oversee performance to ensure target achievement.

Qualifications

1. Junior Sales: Minimum 1 year of sales experience (fresh graduates may be considered).
2. Senior Sales: Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in the textile industry.
3. Supervisor/Manager: Minimum 5 years of experience, including leading a sales team.
4. A strong network in the textile industry is a plus.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and target-oriented mindset.
