About the job Brand Marketing Manager
- Build and strengthen the companys brand image across the lowermiddle market and the national fashion e-commerce segment.
- Together with Management, set annual sales targets and marketing budgets, as well as price points for each sales channel.
- Manage saleable inventory and dead stock.
- Develop strategy; plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate sales and marketing campaigns online and offline, including generating new ideas aligned with industry trends.
- Be accountable for overall sales performance across offline distribution channels (bazaars) and online (e-commerce, Shopee, TikTok, and other digital platforms).
- Manage and ensure the effectiveness of digital and social media campaigns, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, marketplaces, plus email and WhatsApp marketing.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring spend is proportional to returns and maximizes outcomes for each activity.
- Identify market/customer needs and wants as the basis for product development and segmentation, and craft relevant positioning.
- Coordinate cross-functionally (Product Development, Operations/Support, and Finance) to ensure strategy execution aligns with the company's annual business goals.
