We're Hiring! Cleaning Crew (Bilingual - Spanish)
Location: Arlington, VA
Pay: $18- $20/hour
Type: Contract - to - Hire
Our client has an opening for 2 Cleaning Crew members for their cleaning services company! We're looking for someone bilingual in Spanish/English who has strong organizational skills and a passion for maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- General cleaning: dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas
- Trash removal and restocking supplies
- Following cleaning checklists and client preferences
- Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism
Requirements:
- Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone
- Must pass a background check
- Spanish-speaking preferred (Se prefiere que hable español)
Contract to Full-Time: Start as a 6-month contractor with the potential to move to a full-time role with benefits! Work a flexible schedule up to 40 hours per week!
