Project Manager (Business Expansion & Execution) - Sungai Long, Kajang

Key Responsibilities 

Business & Market Support

• Gather and analyze product information, including features, positioning, and value propositions
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends
• Support pricing analysis and benchmarking to aid business expansion decisions

Project Management (End-to-End)

• Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are met
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation plans

• Ensure effective communication, coordination, and follow-ups across all parties

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, and meeting minutes
• Provide regular status updates and progress reports to the CEO

• Ensure proper documentation control and information flow

Feasibility Studies (Bonus / Added Advantage)

• Support or assist in feasibility studies, business cases, or preliminary assessments for new projects (not mandatory but a strong plus)

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project management, business operations, or expansion-related roles
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills

• Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

• Comfortable working closely with senior management and reporting directly to the CEO
• Experience in feasibility studies or business analysis is an added advantage
