Location: Kota Damansara
Salary: RM2,800 – RM3,500
Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)

Job Overview:
The Admin Executive is responsible for supporting daily administrative operations, preparing documents, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and related documents
  • Follow up on customer orders and delivery status
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Handle filing, documentation, and data entry tasks
  • Maintain inventory records and provide general administrative support

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience preferred
  • Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
