Location: Kota Damansara
Salary: RM2,800 – RM3,500
Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)
Job Overview:
The Admin Executive is responsible for supporting daily administrative operations, preparing documents, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and related documents
- Follow up on customer orders and delivery status
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Handle filing, documentation, and data entry tasks
- Maintain inventory records and provide general administrative support
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience preferred
- Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
