Job Overview:
The Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and handle customer requests
- Serve food and drinks promptly according to service standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle guest inquiries politely
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area
- Follow company service procedures and quality standards
Requirements:
- Able to communicate in basic English, Mandarin, and Malay
- Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented attitude
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- No experience required (training provided)

Working days: 6 days
Working hours: rotational, 7.5hours per day
