Company Background:

We are representing our client, which is a reputable large-scale industrial solar solutions provider based in Shah Alam, Selangor with nationwide operations. As their expansion, they are looking for Sales Executive to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell solar energy systems and related products to residential and commercial customers.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits, present proposals, and provide consultations on solar solutions.
  • Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction from proposal to installation.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field — experience in renewable energy or construction is an advantage.
  • Strong interest in solar energy and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) values.
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings or site visits.
  • Possess own transport.

Working Hours & Days: 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)
