Production Executive (Manufacturing)

Company Background:

We are representing our client, a well-established manufacturing company in Klang. As their expansion, they are currently hiring for a Production Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Production Execution

• Execute production plans according to schedule
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Monitor production output, downtime, and quality issues

Risk Identification & Escalation

• Identify production risks early and escalate promptly
• Prevent issues from turning into failures
• Ensure accurate reporting of production performance

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with maintenance, QA, warehouse and sales teams
• Coordinate handovers between shifts
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Shop Floor Leadership

• Supervise and guide supervisors and operators
• Enforce discipline and consistent standards across shifts
• Address operational issues directly and promptly

Requirements:

• 3–7 years experience in manufacturing operations
• Hands-on exposure to shop floor execution
• Experience working in shift-based production environments

Working Hours & Days: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
Salary: RM 3,500 - RM 6,000 (Depends on Experience)
