Company Background:

We are representing a food manufacturing company and as they are expanding, they are looking for Warehouse & Logistic Manager to join the team in Shah Alam.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse & logistics operations (receiving, storage, inventory, shipping)
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, carriers, and drivers for timely deliveries
  • Manage inventory using FIFO; ensure KPI, JIT, and stock accuracy
  • Monitor stock expiry and work with Purchasing & Sales to prevent expired stock
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
  • Maintain housekeeping and proper documentation for daily operations
  • Ensure warehouse facilities, equipment, and tools are well-maintained and compliant
  • Supervise and schedule warehouse & logistics team to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
  • Handle emergencies per procedures and report to relevant authorities when required
  • Optimize transportation and operations to reduce costs, damages, and delays
  • Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement in warehouse & logistics performance

Job requirements:

  • Candidate must at least graduate with a Diploma in Business Management or any equivalent field.
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a warehousing environment.
  • Prefer candidate with strong experience in both managing warehouse and logistic.
  • Good communication skill in English and Mandarin (Due to business nature)
  • Candidate must be willing to work on Saturday.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Saturday, 8am - 1pm
