Manufacturing Operator (Medical Preferred)

Company Background:

We represent our client, a leading manufacturing company. They are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Manufacturing Operator to support daily production tasks and machine operations in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Batu Kawan Industrial Park, Penang

Job Responsibility:

• Set up and operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machines in the manufacturing line.
• Monitor machine parameters and perform in-process quality inspections using measuring tools.
• Conduct basic maintenance, make minor adjustments, and record production data using ERP systems.
• Comply with EHS regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and maintain 5S workplace organization.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; at least 6 months of manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Physically fit to stand for long hours (10-12 hours per shift) and lift items up to 12 kg.
• Basic arithmetic skills, computer literacy, and the ability to follow instructions in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong teamwork attitude with a willingness to learn and perform a variety of tasks.

Benefits:

• Basic Salary: RM 2,600 – RM 3,800 / month (13-month salary)
• Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (First Shift: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM | Second Shift: 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM)
• Comprehensive training and certifications provided (General Safety, Chemical Handling, Visual Inspection, etc.).
