Finance Manager - Agriculture Industry

Company Background

We are representing our client, a reputable company in the agriculture industry, in the search for a Financial Manager to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end/year-end close and produce accurate financial statements and management report
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis; provide actionable insights to management
• Manage cash flow, working capital, AR/AP, and banking relationships
• Maintain internal controls, policies, and compliance (tax/VAT, statutory filings)
• Coordinate external audits and resolve audit issues
• Improve finance processes and support ERP/reporting tools

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant working experience in a similar role, preferably within the aquaculture or agriculture industry
• Ability and willingness to work as a sole contributor initially, with the capability to lead and develop a finance team in the future

Job details:

• Permanent employment
• Working hours: Mon-Fri (8.00am-5.00pm)
