Restaurant Supervisor - Based in Taiwan

About Company

We are representing a New York–style pizza shop in Taiwan, focusing mainly on delivery and take-out orders. It is a fast-paced but close-knit working environment restaurant. As they are expanding, they are looking for suitable Malaysian restaurant supervisor to join them!

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the daily operations of the restaurant
• Coordinate with team members during busy service periods
• Maintain food quality and hygiene standards
• Assist with customer service and handle customer inquiries when needed
• Help ensure smooth workflow for delivery and takeaway orders
• Support the manager in maintaining operational standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a related field or minimum 5 years restaurant experience
• Experience supervising staff or managing restaurant shifts
• Advanced Mandarin Chinese required for customer interaction
• Basic English for training and communication with coworkers
• Willing to relocate to Taiwan

Working hours:
