About the job Customer Service Officer
Introduction:
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer with professional proficiency in English, based in Kuala Lumpur. Candidates with prior call centre experience will be given preference, while fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 24-hour one-stop customer service via phone.

Deliver high-quality, professional, and personalized support to customers.

Respond promptly with accurate information, solutions, or alternatives to meet customer needs.

Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively and courteously.

Follow up with customers according to Call Centre guidelines.

Educate customers on the Banks products, services, and self-service options.

Accurately record customer information and interactions in the system.

Maintain confidentiality and uphold integrity in all customer dealings.

Proactively gather customer feedback to enhance service experience.
Requirements:
- Diploma with at least 2 years experience, or SPM/STPM with 5 years experience.

Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays (24/7 operations).

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience in Call Centre, Banking, or Customer Service is an advantage.

Positive attitude, proactive, and a good team player.
- Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
