Job Overview:
The Personal Assistant will provide dedicated support to the Director CEO, assisting in daily scheduling, meeting coordination, communication handling, and follow-up on business tasks. This role requires high flexibility, strong organization skills, and the ability to work closely with senior management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accompany the CEO/President for meetings and business appointments
  • Manage daily schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Take meeting notes and follow up on action items
  • Update and report important information and work progress to management
  • Coordinate internal teams and external business partners
  • Assist in document preparation, research, and data compilation
  • Ensure all assigned tasks from management are executed properly
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative and personal support tasks

Requirements:

  • Female preferred, below 30 years old
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley (KL & Selangor)
