Job Overview:
The Personal Assistant will provide dedicated support to the Director CEO, assisting in daily scheduling, meeting coordination, communication handling, and follow-up on business tasks. This role requires high flexibility, strong organization skills, and the ability to work closely with senior management in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accompany the CEO/President for meetings and business appointments
- Manage daily schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Take meeting notes and follow up on action items
- Update and report important information and work progress to management
- Coordinate internal teams and external business partners
- Assist in document preparation, research, and data compilation
- Ensure all assigned tasks from management are executed properly
- Handle ad-hoc administrative and personal support tasks
Requirements:
- Female preferred, below 30 years old
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Possess own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley (KL & Selangor)
