Company Background

We are representing our client, a company in the Health & Wellness industry, in seeking a suitable candidate to join their team as a Marketing Specialist


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing and business development initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Plan, create, and manage marketing content across digital platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), newsletters, websites, and other communication channels.
  • Conduct product training and educational sessions for sales executives, distributors, and customers through various channels, including face-to-face, classroom, and online platforms.
  • Organize and conduct health talks, workshops, and promotional events to increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
  • Provide professional support in handling product-related enquiries from local and international customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by responding promptly and effectively to enquiries and feedback.
  • Develop, review, and update product presentation materials, ensuring all content is supported by evidence-based research and aligns with customer needs.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including product articles, brochures, website content, social media content, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate and support operational activities related to marketing campaigns, training programmes, customer engagement initiatives, and business development projects.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing and operational activities.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
  • Must be willing to travelling locally or oversea if required.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in marketing, business development, customer engagement, or related fields.
  • Experience in the health, wellness, beauty, FMCG, or nutrition industry will be an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently. Well organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
  • Excellent public speaking/ presentation skills with the ability to hold and develop interest of audience.
  • Computer literate and expert skills in MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Candidate must be willing to travelling locally or oversea if required.
  • Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
  • Able to commence in short period.

  • Permanent employment
  • Working hours: Mon-Fri (9.00am-6.00pm)
