Main Responsibilities:
Reports to: General Manager
- Workforce planning
- Talent acquisition and onboarding
- Payroll management
- Compensation and benefits programs
- HR IT systems and controls
- Training and people development initiatives
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in HR, with experience in managerial level in multinational manufacturing industry.
- Bachelors degree in any field, strong computer skills and knowledge in HRMS.
- Experience in matrix organization and shared services function is a plus.
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality and good interpersonal skill to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
- Highly hands-on with a lean mindset, dynamic, resourceful, attention to details and independence with strong interpersonal skill and great sense of urgency.
- Fluent in English is a must.
