Company Background

We are representing our client which is one of the leaders in telecommunication industry. As they are expanding, they are looking for Admin Associate to be based in Kuala Lumpur.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Support

  • Verify clock-in/out timesheets for accuracy.

  • Assist with mid-month and end-month payroll forecasting and compilation with supervisor team leader.

2. Document Management

  • Review and track hiring documents.

  • Ensure authenticity of submitted documents.

  • Coordinate with supervisor team leader on interviews and hiring status.

3. Jibble Attendance Monitoring

  • Check weekly staff schedules and daily attendance logs.

  • Monitor staff locations and flag irregular activity.

  • Support supervisor team leader in preparing roadshow schedules.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Has experience in administrative support and outbound calling.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
