Company Background

We are representing our client, a leader in sustainable packaging and paper manufacturer based in Shah Alam.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, staff claims, fixed assets and general ledger.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, records, and statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements, intercompany balances and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial procedures.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned.

Requirements:

  • LCCI, Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • At least 2-4 years of working experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, Vlookup, formulas)
  • Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
