Job Responsibilities 

  • Take an active role in recruiting and developing new Business Builders and Sales Leaders to drive business expansion and accelerate sales performance.
  • Work closely with Business Builders and Sales Leaders to help them achieve recruitment and sales goals aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Assist the team in exploring new markets while strengthening the company's presence in existing ones.
  • Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of recruitment initiatives such as meetings, conventions, trade fairs, and other IBO-focused events. This may involve traveling to outstation locations to support event organization and field activities.
  • Serve as a key communication link, ensuring Business Builders are well-informed about operational updates and company announcements.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from the field, providing market insights and recommending IBO-related initiatives to management regularly and promptly.
  • Compile and interpret data to identify market trends and performance indicators that can guide strategic planning.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as delegated by the Management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years' relevant working experience, preferably in a dynamic business environment.
  • Prior experience in a multinational MLM (multi-level marketing) company will be a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential, as the role focuses on the Mandarin-speaking market segment.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Creative, resourceful, and capable of thinking outside the box.
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks; willingness to perform field work is required.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about achieving goals.
  • Excellent time management skills and a strong team player.
  • Willing and able to travel to outstation locations regularly as part of the role.
