About the job Company Secretary
Company Background:
We are representing our client which a Professional Business Services Provider, HQ in Singapore. They are looking for potential candidate to fill the position of Company Secretary to join their outsourcing firm at Kota Laksamana, Melaka.
Salary: up to RM3,800 + fixed allowance
Working Days: 5 working days (Office Hour)

Responsibilities:
- Preparing of documents pertaining to statutory records
- Maintaining and updating of secretarial records
- Assist with the day-to-day duties, filing of documents, preparing SSM / ACRA documents for clients, etc
- Preparation of annual returns, beneficial ownerships, and all others statutory forms as required by SSM / ACRA
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records, including minutes, resolutions, and other corporate documents
- Assist in the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for Singapore-based clients and Malaysia-based clients corporate entities
- Preparation of resolutions and day to day corporate secretarial duties
- Liaising with clients, Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM), Securities Commission, ACRA and all other relevant authorities in connection with company secretarial matters
- Other ad hoc task
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a corporate secretary.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is required due to the need to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients.
