Job Description:

  • Welcome and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Promote products and actively support sales activities
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate product information
  • Assist with stock arrangement and ensure the sales area remains clean and well-maintained
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to sales operations
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Maintain basic computer knowledge
  • Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays

Working Hours:

  • Rotational shifts from 9:30am - 6:30pm or 1:00pm - 10:00pm
  • Five working days per week with off days scheduled on weekdays
