We are representing our client, an established company in the transportation and logistics industry, in their search for a suitable candidate to join their team

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with overseas agents on shipment consolidation (Air & Ocean).
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
  • Follow up and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Identify customer needs, evaluate issues, and provide appropriate solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any fields
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin (required for communication with China-based clients).
  • Competent in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication, presentation skills, and team-oriented mindset.

Job details:

  • Permanent employment
  • Working hours: Mon-Sat(9.00am-6.00pm)
