Recruitment Executive (Mass Hiring) - Kuala Lumpur

Company Background:

We are representing our client who is a major player in the e-commerce logistics and express delivery industry. They are seeking a proactive and highly organized Recruitment Executive (Workforce Management) to support their high-volume hiring and onboarding operations. This role is suitable for candidates with excellent communication skills who are capable of managing large pools of workers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Responsibility:

• Follow up with leads obtained from multiple channels (e.g., social media ads, company website, community groups, referral programs, banners, and flyers).
• Contact candidates who have registered but have not turned up for work.
• Manage over 100 existing WhatsApp groups for newly onboarded and attrited full-time/part-time courier and sorter pools.
• Answer worker queries regarding pay, hub locations, shift hours, and other general concerns.
• Assist with the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
• Support the operations team with ID creation, especially during peak seasons and weekends.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of a Diploma or at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Proven experience in mass hiring or high-volume recruitment, particularly for blue-collar roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and handle high-volume communications.

Benefits:

• Basic Salary: RM 2,500 / month
• Employment Type: 12-month Contract (Renewable)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (2 off days)
• Statutory benefits provided in accordance with the Employment Act.
