Sales Manager

Company Background:

We are representing a well established manufacturing company based in Klang. As they are expanding, they are looking for Sales Manager to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
  - Evaluate and develop new markets and industries
  - Define go-to-market strategies, pricing logic, and sales approach
  - Challenge assumptions and propose data-backed alternatives
• Sales Team Leadership
  - Recruit, train, and manage a sales team
  - Coach salespeople, especially those new to the industry
  - Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable
• Sales Structure & Execution
  - Build sales processes, pipeline management, and review cadence
  - Define basic KPIs and performance tracking
  - Ensure disciplined execution once strategy is agreed
• Management Reporting
  - Provide clear updates on performance, risks, and opportunities
  - Flag market and customer issues early

Job requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Management or any equivalent field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of B2B sales experience.
• Candidate must be willing to work on Saturday.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm | Saturday, 8am - 1pm
