Chief Operating Officer

Company Background

We are representing our client, that provides Electrical and Mechanical engineering solutions including Electrical (High/Low Voltage), ELV Systems, ACMV & HVAC Systems, Clean Room Systems, Fire Protection, Clean Energy Solutions, Data Center Solutions and etc. They are currently seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to manage the company's projects and oversee day-to-day operational functions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the Groups overall operations, including engineering, project management, procurement, and site execution.
• Ensure efficient delivery of projects in terms of timeline, cost, quality, and safety.
• Strengthen operational systems, processes, and governance to support the companys growth.
• Work closely with the CEO and senior management to execute strategic initiatives and expand project capabilities.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 10 years of experience in engineering, construction, or M&E contracting environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing large-scale engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong operational leadership, project execution, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Must be willing to travel to projects site

Job details:

• Permanent employment
• Working hours: Mon-Fri (9.00am-6.00pm) & Sat (9.00am - 1.00pm)
