English Teacher (Primary to Secondary Level)

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to deliver engaging lessons, develop students' language proficiency, and support their academic growth from Primary 1 to Secondary 4 levels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching English Language and Creative Writing in accordance with structured curriculum and assessment standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons according to the company's curriculum and teaching framework.
• Teach English Language and Creative Writing to Primary 1 – Secondary 4 students.
• Mark and grade students' work using structured rubrics.
• Provide timely, clear, and constructive feedback on students' performance.
• Maintain accurate records of students' progress and learning needs.
• Monitor academic performance and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Participate in curriculum planning and teaching improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
• Ensure marked assignments are returned in a timely manner.
• Manage up to 14 classes depending on level allocation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be Singaporean only
• Diploma in Education/Teaching or bachelor's degree (any field) is acceptable.
• Strong academic background in English Language and English Literature (minimum O-Level / A-Level or equivalent).
• Entry-level candidates with strong academic qualifications are welcome (training provided.
• Familiar with MOE syllabus and examination requirements.
