Position: Sales Support Administration (Contract)
Location:

  • Johor Bahru Branch - 5 vacancies

Employment Type: 6-month contract (December 2025 May 2026)
Basic Salary: RM2,000 per month + Overtime Pay

Working Hours

  • Monday Friday: 9:00am 6:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am 3:00pm
  • Overtime (OT): May be required during peak periods.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process and confirm customer orders
  • Prepare invoices and documentation
  • Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries
  • Support sales and operations teams with administrative tasks
  • Assist with other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
  • Able to start before January 2026 (training required before peak season)
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills and customer service attitude

Additional Information

  • Contract period: December 2025 May 2026
  • Annual Leave: 4 days for 6-month contract (accumulated at 0.66 day per month). Staff may apply for leave after completing 2 months of service.
