We work with a Prague-based crypto exchange on a fast track to full MiCA and DORA compliance. They're building a secure, user-friendly platform for seamless fiat crypto trading completely from scratch and with zero legacy baggage.

Location: Prague, Czech Republic | First months onsite then hybrid

The Role

We're looking for a Front-End Developer with strong experience in React and Next.js to help bring our crypto exchange platform to life. You'll work closely with design and product to build fast, secure, and responsive user interfaces for web-based crypto transactions. This is a hands-on role based in Prague, ideal for someone who loves clean code, solid UX, and building from a modern, well-defined tech stack.

What You'll Do

• Build, test, and ship responsive UIs using React and Next.js
• Work closely with product and design teams to turn wireframes into polished interfaces
• Integrate front-end with REST APIs and back-end services
• Optimize performance, SEO, and accessibility across all devices
• Handle state management, routing, and client-side logic with modern best practices
• Ensure the UI is secure, fast, and scalable especially for financial transactions
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end architecture decisions
• Stay up to date with modern front-end trends and tools that could benefit the project

What You Bring to the Table

• Solid experience building production-ready apps with React and Next.js
• Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Comfortable working with REST APIs and handling async data flows
• A good eye for UX/UI and attention to detail in responsive design
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows
• Understanding of basic front-end security practices
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a startup setting
• Based in the Czech Republic and open to working from the Prague office (at least initially)
• Fluency in English (mandatory), Czech (optional)
• Bonus: Experience in fintech or crypto environments
• Ability to start asap
