About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Freelance Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts across various roles and levels. As a freelance recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for open positions to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. This role is ideal for someone with strong recruitment experience who thrives in a remote, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs

• Develop and post engaging job descriptions across platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.)

• Source and identify suitable candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and job portals

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit

• Manage applicant tracking and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data and recruitment reports

• Provide regular updates and feedback to stakeholders on hiring progress

• Support offer negotiations and onboarding processes as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency); freelance recruitment experience is a plus

• Strong understanding of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage

• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering results

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
