Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads in the Nordic markets (Sweden, Denmark, or Norway) via phone, email, and social media.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to book product demonstrations and move qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records and forecasts in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Act as the initial point of contact for the client's brand, effectively presenting the value of their software solutions.
Requirements
- Native or Fluent proficiency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian) is essential.
- Fluent English (written and verbal) is required for internal communication and documentation.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or a high-volume client-facing role.
- Strong interest in the technology/SaaS industry and the ability to quickly learn product features.
- Excellent communication and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
