The Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Electrician to join a premier Australian meat processing and export business, operating at the highest industry standards. In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Electrical repairs and maintenance to strict industry regulations.
• Installation and commissioning of new equipment
  
• Identifying plant improvements and increasing productivity
• Implementing preventative maintenance systems
• Ensuring a safe and efficient work environment

What You'll Bring

• QLD Electrical Work License
• At least 1 year of experience as a tradesman in an industrial maintenance environment
• Knowledge of SCADA systems, PLCs, instrumentation, and control systems
• Experience in manufacturing or food production (highly regarded!)
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Strong focus on planned preventative maintenance
• Reliable transport and a valid drivers license (due to limited public transport)
