Key Responsibilities:

• Perform proactive and reactive maintenance to support production.
• Carry out fabrication, repair, machining, and welding of food processing equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Repair mechanical site services and support equipment upgrades and projects.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance regulations.

What You'll Need:

• Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade qualification.
• Experience in a production or food manufacturing environment.
• Stainless steel fabrication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently on preventative maintenance and breakdowns.
• Availability for AM/PM shifts and weekend work.
• Self-motivation, quick learning ability, and team spirit.
