Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance to ensure smooth production operations.
• Fabricate and repair food processing equipment with precision.
• Repair mechanical site services and ensure equipment safety compliance.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures and PPE usage.

What You'll Bring:

• Trade qualifications with experience in food manufacturing.
• Expertise in stainless steel fabrication and strong TIG welding skills.
• A broad mechanical skill set and ability to work independently on maintenance schedules and breakdowns.
• Availability for AM/PM shifts and weekend work (8-day roster: 4 days on, 4 days off).
• Self-motivation, quick learning ability, and teamwork skills.
• Australian residency or citizenship.
