Talent Sprout Consulting, LLC - Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Talent Sprout Consulting, LLC Referral Program ("Program"). These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in our referral program. By participating, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Eligibility:

1.1 Referrers:

• Individuals eligible to participate in the Program ("Referrers") include current employees, clients, and business partners of Talent Sprout Consulting, LLC ("Talent Sprout") or its affiliated agencies.

1.2 Referees:

• Candidates referred to Talent Sprout ("Referees") must not be current applicants or have been previously referred to Talent Sprout within the past six months.

2. Referral Process:

2.1 Submission:

• Referrers must submit referrals through the official Talent Sprout Referral Program portal or designated channels.

2.2 Qualifying Referrals:

• A qualified referral is a candidate who:
  • Is not an existing applicant.
  • Is not a previous referral within the last six months.
  • Successfully gets hired through Talent Sprout's direct placement services, and completes initial 30 days of employment with the new position. 

3. Referral Bonus:

3.1 Gift Card Bonus:

• Referrers will receive a $100 gift card for each qualified referral successfully hired through Talent Sprout's direct placement services.

3.2 Payment:

• Gift cards will be issued within 30 days after the Referee's successful onboarding and completion of the probationary period.

4. Program Restrictions:

4.1 Exclusions:

• The Program does not apply to internal hires or candidates referred through agencies or sources other than Talent Sprout Consulting, LLC and its affiliated agencies.

4.2 Termination:

• Talent Sprout reserves the right to terminate or modify the Program at any time without prior notice.

5. Compliance:

5.1 Fair Practices:

• All referrals must adhere to fair employment practices and legal requirements.

5.2 Ethical Conduct:

• Referrers must act ethically and professionally when participating in the Program.

6. Data Privacy:

6.1 Consent:

• Referrers confirm they have obtained consent from the Referee for the submission of their information.

6.2 Use of Information:

• Referee information will be handled in accordance with Talent Sprout's Privacy Policy.
