Requirements: 

A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration with speciality in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing 

  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel is essential.
  • Experience in bookkeeping, financial analysis, and auditing.
  • Excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills are necessary.

Skills Required: 

  • Financial planning and analysis: Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Analyze financial data to identify trends, provide insights, and support decision-making.
  • Financial reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for management and stakeholders.
  • Compliance and auditing: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Assist with internal and external financial audits.
  • Risk management: Assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Strategic guidance: Provide financial advice and recommendations to management to support strategic planning and cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Record-keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and update internal systems with financial data.
  • Policy development: Help develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
