Job Purpose:
To lead the strategic planning, development, and management of the banks Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and Cognitive Technologies (like AI and automation) to enhance customer engagement and drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute the overall strategy for CRM and Cognitive Technologies (AI, RPA, NLP).
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Present project updates and strategic plans to senior leadership.
- Platform Management:
- Oversee the management and engineering of the CRM system (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and cognitive platforms.
- Ensure seamless integration of these technologies with other bank systems.
- Innovation & Implementation:
- Identify opportunities to use AI, Machine Learning, and automation to improve business processes.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions for customer service, sales, and marketing.
- Adoption & Collaboration:
- Drive the adoption of new tools and technologies across business units.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Business, IT, Audit) and external vendors to align initiatives with business goals.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (required). Masters degree or MBA (preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years in IT, with at least:
- 5 years of hands-on engineering experience with NLP, AI, LLM, Speech Recognition, or RPA.
- 5 years of techno-functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Technical Skills: Budgeting, IT Governance, Vendor Management, System Design, Knowledge of Islamic Finance principles.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ownership, decision-making, customer engagement, transparency, and talent development.
