Position: Employee Relations Officer (Emirati)
Location: Dubai based and full-time on-site position
Working Hours and Time: Mon till Fri (8am till 5pm)
Client: Semi Government Entity
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company regulations.
- Conduct investigations on employee complaints, misconduct, and disciplinary matters, ensuring fairness and confidentiality.
- Assist in resolving conflicts between employees and management through mediation and problem-solving.
- Prepare reports, case documentation, and recommendations for disciplinary actions when required.
- Support performance management processes, including PIP (Performance Improvement Plans) and corrective actions.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives and support programs that enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and exit processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and HR systems to ensure accurate and updated employee data.
- Provide guidance to managers and staff regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or 0 - 1 year of experience
- HR degree preferred; if not, then some exposure or background in HR/ERW
- Salary between 18 - 20K AED
