About the Role:

A leading government-affiliated organization in Dubai is seeking a Manager Stakeholder Management to support the Chief Executive Officer in driving effective engagement with key stakeholders and ensuring smooth coordination across strategic initiatives. This role focuses on relationship management, communication, and executive supportrequiring strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including government entities, VIP clients, and business partners.

  • Support the CEO in meetings, documenting key discussions, preparing action plans, and ensuring timely follow-up.

  • Coordinate communication and reporting between the CEO Office and internal departments to ensure smooth information flow.

  • Represent the CEO in meetings when required and manage stakeholder inquiries with professionalism and discretion.

  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership meetings.

  • Lead or support special projects, conducting business, financial, or operational analysis as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, maintain confidentiality, and manage sensitive information effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; postgraduate qualifications (MBA, PMP, CFA) preferred.

  • Minimum 6 years experience in stakeholder management, consulting, business management, or executive support preferably within the real estate sector in Dubai.

  • Strong understanding of financial and operational performance metrics.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; strong report writing and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and manage relationships across all organizational levels.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
