Finance Manager

Finance Manager | Dubai, UAE (DMCC)

Talent Tides is hiring a Finance Manager for a multinational group headquartered in DMCC, Dubai. You will run the finance function for the UAE entity and report to the Group CFO.

What you will do

• Manage month-end and year-end closing, and deliver accurate financial statements on time
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance reports for senior management
• Keep the company compliant with UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and DMCC regulatory requirements
• Handle DMCC license renewals, annual audit filings, and free zone submissions
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and banks
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and intercompany transactions
• Strengthen internal controls and finance policies
• Support group reporting for entities in other countries

What you need

• 5 to 8 years of finance experience, with at least 2 years in a manager or lead role
• Hands-on experience with a DMCC-registered company (mandatory)
• Strong background in regulatory and tax compliance in the UAE (mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CA, CPA, or ACCA preferred
• Working knowledge of IFRS and an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, or Tally)
• Currently in the UAE and able to join immediately or on short notice
