Hiring: Manpower Planning Expert | Dubai Government Entity

A prestigious Dubai Government entity is seeking a Manpower Planning Expert to support a large-scale workforce planning and transformation project across multiple government functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of strategic workforce and manpower planning frameworks
• Develop workforce forecasting models and future workforce scenarios
• Utilize AI-powered tools and predictive analytics to support workforce planning and decision-making
• Provide advisory support, knowledge transfer, and capability building to internal teams
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders on workforce optimization and talent strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in manpower planning, workforce planning, or organizational workforce transformation
• Strong expertise in workforce forecasting, analytics, and predictive modeling
• Experience using AI and digital tools for workforce planning
• Consulting or advisory background preferred
• Experience working on large-scale government or enterprise-wide projects is highly desirable
