Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive the success of the entity's products and services in the local market.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government departments, corporate clients, and other strategic partners.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive client engagement and effective negotiation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery excellence.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends and government sector developments to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Nationality: Emirati (UAE National)
- Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably within a government or corporate setting.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with the Dubai government sector is advantageous.
- Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
