We are looking for an accomplished Emirati professional to join a leading organization as Senior Manager Corporates & Multinationals. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in managing and growing key corporate relationships, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring excellence in service delivery to both local and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Develop, nurture, and manage strategic relationships with large corporates and multinational clients to strengthen the organizations market presence.

  • Business Development: Identify and convert new business opportunities, driving sustainable growth and expanding the corporate client portfolio.

  • Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor, providing clients with insights and tailored solutions that meet their evolving business and financial needs.

  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies that align with corporate objectives and enhance client value.

  • Revenue Growth: Drive profitability through effective account management, cross-selling, and collaboration with internal teams.

  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market developments and competitor activities to identify emerging trends and strategic opportunities.

  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, governance standards, and regulatory frameworks.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, legal, compliance, and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular reports and updates on client performance, pipeline activities, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • UAE National (with Family Book) Mandatory

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline (Masters preferred).

  • 812 years of experience in corporate relationship management, business banking, or institutional client management, preferably in the financial services or investment sector.

  • Strong background in client acquisition, portfolio growth, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets within corporate or multinational segments.

  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong knowledge of local market dynamics and international business practices.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client excellence.
