Position: Manager Relationship Management

Location: Dubai based

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Manager Relationship Management to join our client's leading real estate organization. The ideal candidate will come from a banking background with strong experience in managing elite or high-net-worth clients, providing personalized financial and investment relationship management services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP / elite clients, ensuring a premium customer experience.
• Understand client's real estate investment goals and provide tailored advisory support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop strategies to attract and retain high-value clients.
• Represent the company at key networking events and client meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in relationship management within the banking sector or real estate experience
• Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with HNI / elite clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of real estate or investment advisory is an advantage.
