Job Summary:

We are seeking a a motivated Assistant Manager Sales to support business growth and client engagement for a leading organization in Dubai. This role is open exclusively to UAE Nationals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales strategy execution and achieve revenue targets

• Manage and grow client relationships

• Identify new business opportunities and market trends

• Prepare reports, proposals, and client presentations

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions

• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• UAE National (Emirati)

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• 25 years of sales or business development experience

• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
